Last year 2020 had a severe effect on people’s mind; people from all over the world were very much frustrated due to the pandemic, COVID-19. Keeping aside all these negative impacts, I firstly want to wish you all a vibrant and a Happy New Year. I hope this year would sail off smoothly, washing away all our difficulties. May it be a healthy 2021.
With this positive and hopeful prayer, we hope this pandemic situation gets better with the swift emergence of our own India made vaccine, further we also pray it eventually gets eradicated from our soil.
In 2020 due to lockdown no one could meet each other. Friends and relatives could not meet, children could not play. On the contrary if we talk about its positive points then there are many. For example: During the lockdown period, people could spend enough time with their families and also could pursue their talents like cooking, gardening, sketching, writing, reading etc. Personally if I tell about myself then I utilized the maximum amount of my time in sketching and polishing my other hobbies. My mother too utilized her time in cooking and preparing the best delicacies for us.
Talking more optimistically, we could witness the better side of our nature which is thriving, secondly the medicinal sectors went through a lot of improvements, people got enough sleep etc. I personally think 2020 was not that bad as projected. For me it was one of the best year of all time. Just like every coin has two sides to it, this year too had both positive and negative impacts altogether.
Lastly I would like to conclude by hoping for a better tomorrow, indeed our lives are not a bed of roses, we need to embraces ourselves to face the thorns of life. There might be similar situations in our future too, but we must never lose Hope.
